No Refunds on Services Rendered

• Completed and delivered consulting services are non-refundable as they involve dedicated research, analysis, and management time.

• Payments are requested only after scope and terms of the consultation are confirmed via email.

• Once advisory services have been provided, refunds cannot be issued due to the consultative nature of the process.

  Pre-Consultation Cancellations

• Clients may cancel consultations without charge if the cancellation request is made prior to the agreed commencement date and confirmed via email.

• Any pre-paid fees will be refunded if the cancellation is confirmed before consultation commencement.
